Bill Helms popped up in the background of the manager’s meeting strips, but (as will be clearer eventually, if it wasn’t here) he is Randall’s boss, the Senior Vice President of Theater Operations at Feature Cinemas — a.k.a. the guy Norma went to when she went over Randall’s head.
